A sensitive and considered regeneration of a Category B-listed Arts and Crafts villa in St Andrews, this project is a masterclass in restoration.  Carefully balancing historic preservation with thoughtful modern interventions, the design revives a once-dilapidated home, restoring it to its former glory.  From the outset, the exceptional client-architect relationship was evident, playing a key role in the project’s success.
