This year's awards categories are as follows:

  1. Best On The Drawing Board - Celebrating visionary projects still in the design phase.

  2. Ambassador - Recognising individuals or organizations championing design excellence.

  3. Best Group of Housing - Honoring outstanding residential developments.

  4. Best Commercial / Non-Domestic - Acknowledging excellence in non-residential and commercial projects.

  5. Best Regeneration - Rewarding projects that breathe new life into existing spaces.

  6. Best Interior Design - Showcasing exceptional interior spaces that enhance the user experience.

  7. House of the Year - Celebrating the best in residential architecture.

  8. Best Domestic Extension - Recognising creative and functional home extensions.

  9. Best Small Project - Highlighting impactful projects with a small footprint or budget.

  10. Innovative Use of Material - Rewarding projects that push boundaries through the creative use of materials.
