Revitalising a once-neglected part of Dundee, the Derby Street housing development reimagines an area formerly dominated by multi-storey tower blocks.  Thoughtfully redefining urban space, the design confidently addresses Strathmartine Road and its prominent street corner, while sensitively stepping back to meet the lower-density character of Derby Street.  This careful balance between scale and context has been expertly executed.
