BEST USE OF STONE WINNER

THE LONG BARROW BY JOHN MANNING CHARTERED ARCHITECT

From the Architect:

A true masterclass in stonemasonry, the Long Barrow was built using local stone, minimal lime mortar, and traditional techniques with limited machinery. Each element - from massive stone slabs to delicate infill pieces - was meticulously assembled. Over time, this enduring tribute to craftsmanship will settle further into the hillside, becoming one with the landscape as it overlooks the Carse.
